What does it mean when someone mentions you on twitter and types " CC."?
I don't understand when people for example are
#Nowplaying Lady gaga - Born this way (cc. mentions me username )
on twitter what does cc. stands for?

"Care of" or "Through"

It's often used in e-mails when you send it to another person without it being addressed to them.
