How do I use this new picture Facebook feature?

So Facebook has your main photo then 5 smaller photos now on your home page. My brother told me its your last 5 recently added pictures that show up which is true by default. My question is how would you order them? Or if there was 1 in the middle that you didn't want shown but wanted a family photo from back in the day shown instead, how would you make that one show up instead? 5 stars to whoever comes up with the best answer.
