What types of social platforms are allowed in China?

By social platforms, I mean websites like Facebook or Twitter--i know those are banned.

depends on the week, china can be a bit schizo, they allow it then dont then do, they cant ban most because the people love it and mostly they have made a choose that they need to let the people have some form of open communication. They have there own sort of platforms i mostly blogs and twitters type stuff
