What to do when pulling an all nighter with my brother?

I'm 13 and my brother is 22 almost 23 and we are gonna pull an all nighter this weekend. He can drive but we don't have a lot of money so we need cheap, fun things to do. We also might hang out with some friends but not for sure. So if you have any ideas for food and stuff to do or anything else please tell me. We're are doing this on a Friday night. Idk if that helps at all though.

hang out with friends
watch movies/tv
serve the internet, facebook. look stuff up, youtube watch videos
think back to childhood memories and talk about it(random idea i had to put in)
go drive around for a bit(maybe look for resturants you may want to go sometime, or other stuff)
oh movie theater, they play movies starting between ten and elven.
