help with uploading podcast?

I'm trying to make a podcast on my macbook pro in garageband, but not sure how to put it on the web. I was wanting to put it on twitter, but like i said i have no idea what im doing. thanks for the help!

Have you tried Feedburner or podomatic?

You might want to look into a how to podcast podcast like Audasity to podcast. It is about podcasting in general and not only about Audasity

You might want to give Typical Mac user a try. ITunes is the only Apple product i use but I really like Victor
