what are different privacy ,ethical, security, cultural, issues in social networking sites like face book twitter,my space etc.

I suppose cyberstalking can be an issue and it's easier for pervs to prey on minors by befriending them on those kind of sites. You expose so much private information on those kinds of sites. People know what you look like, how old you are, where you live (to an extent), etc.

Stalking and Bullying, just a hint, what ever you put on the internet is public information whether or not you put privacy settings on.
