How is it that when I use a hotel's internet, restrictions on my internet are not there anymore?
My sister restricted me from accessing Facebook on my Macbook, but when we were at a hotel and I used their wifi, Facebook wasn't blocked for me. How did this happen?

It's probably because you were using a different ip address
