It is funny that you should ask that. My real father left as soon as he found out my mum was pregnant. When I was about 2, my mum met another man. They eventually got married, and I always thought he was my real father. A couple a years back though, my mum told me about my biological father. I wasn't too distraught, but didn't talk to her for a few days.

Only last month searched his name on Facebook, and came across, on the first page, a man that was almost identical to me. I knew straight away it was him. So I started talking to him, and very soon we met up. It turns out he is gay. He is a spiteful man and only ever talked about himself the whole time I was with him.

My advice to you would be to look on Facebook, or Bebo or Twitter, or any other social networking sites. But when you do find him, get to know him well before you decide to meet up. He left me in bits the way he treated me. Make sure you really want to get to know him.

Good Luck!
