How do I make so that people have to request to follow me. E.G.

When you click follow, it automatically follows. For privacy reasons, how do I make so that when someone clicks FOLLOW, I have to accept the a request then they can follow me. Is this possible?

Go into account and. Scroll down and check off "Your updates are currently protected; only those you approve will receive your updates. You will not appear on the public timeline. Updates posted previously may still be publicly visible in some places."
