How do i delete a formspring account of my facebook?

Like, how do i delete my formspring of my facebook acount because everytime im signed on facebook im signed on formspring and when i log out i log out of facebook too and i dont want that account ive tried to delete it and it will not delete it off my facebook either.

have you try to go to facebook account - application setting and unchecked the account.
try to see it on the control panel - add/removed programs and uninstall it.
try go to delete it on startup
