Is it wrong to add a guy friend as a "family" member on facebook?

ex. brother, sister, mom, dad, cousin.
is it ok to ask a friend to be my brother on facebook
because we are really good friends

anyway, no it's not wrong to add them as family, people add their friends as family on facebook all the time
