Why am I not getting email notification about a messages on facebook from a specific person as normal?
It's just concerning one facebook contact. Does this mean they are deleting the messages from their sent folder before facebook registers it on time to send me the notification to my email account? I know it's an obscure question but I've a good reason to find out so I hope someone out there has an accurate answer for me!

Check your settings. Or you could try unsubscribing to message notifications by email, and then restarting them again.
