If I have joint coustody of my son why should I have to still pay child support?
I have my son just about the same amount of time as his mothers does but yet I still have to pay money every week plus the cost of health care and dental... What steps can I take?

One parent has to pay the custodial parent child support. That’s usually how it works.

Your son is staying with your ex wife.
Than you should pay even you spend same amount of time. Because he need food, house, love etc.Those are provided by your ex wife.
