How do you hide your Questions and Answers on Yahoo answers?

Oh and my picture is not showing up can you help with that too?

Top of the page, My Activity Tab, click it
Click Edit my Preferences. Here is where you make Q and A private and set your avatar. Make sure you hit submit or apply when done

First step (which I see you've figured out)...go to My Activities>Edit My Preferences>Privacy & Communications. Under "Sharing and network:" you will see "Share my Q&A with:". Select "My Contacts Only" and click Submit at the bottom of the page.

Be aware if you have any Contacts they will be able to see your Q&A, so if you are concerned about privacy I suggest you don't allow them. Go to My Activities>Edit My Preferences>Privacy & Communications under "Sharing and network" again and this time uncheck the box next to "Allow someone from Yahoo! Answers to be my fan". Submit.

Then for more privacy you need to check your Pulse settings .Right now I can see your Q&A on your Pulse profile.

From Answers go to My Activity>View Pulse>Settings>Manage updates. Make sure "Share my updates" is not checked. Save at the bottom of the page.

You can also manage whether you want Twitter or Facebook linked to your Yahoo! account by going to Settings>Manage my linked accounts.

(edit) To bring your Pulse profile photo to Answers you should be able to got to My Activity>Edit My Preferences>Update photo or avatar. And then be able to select what you want.

Follow instructions to select your photo/avatar
Click "Submit" on bottom of original page when done
