How the hell do you delete Farmville from a Facebook account.?

My girlfriend put this damn thing on my Facebook and I can't find where to delete it. Precise directions would be appreciated. Thx!

Hover over the settings tab near the logout button; click application settings. It should take you to where all of your added applications are stored. See where Farmville is and click the "x" on the far right.

Go to the bottom left hand corner to where edit applications is. Open that and delete Farmville or any other application you don't want to use.

in Facebook go to Settings > Application Settings
and then you should see Farmville just click the 'X' button
then it will removed
