How to stop getting jealous over FACEBOOK?

Yepp. It's pathetic.
I get super jealous of guys that my girlfriend talks to on facebook/hangs out with at her college.

I am 22, she is 19.
I know it sounds really immature for my age, but I cannot help but get jealous whenever my girlfriend hangs out with or talks to her guys friends. She dorms on campus at a community college, and I go to University of Tampa, a private nearby college.

Any advice on how to not be such a wuss? ;(

Every time you feel yourself getting jealous, remind yourself that she's entitled to be friends with and to talk to whoever she wants and also that fi she wanted to go with any of those guys she's hanging around with, she'd be going out with one of them - but she's not, she's with you, which means that she wants to be YOUR girlfriend and not someone else's. Keep telling yourself that until your feelings of envy go away
