How do you get a picture from simple veiwer onto facebook?

I have my senior pictures on the photographers website and i cant figure out how to copy them onto facebook!

Step 1
If you do not already have a picture viewer that you want to use, go here to get the Microsoft Raw Image Viewer:

Click on "Continue" to proceed with the download.
When finishing the download, it may let you make it the default viewer. If not or if you want to use another viewer, follow the instructions below.
Step 2
Open a file that includes some pictures. On the menu bar, click on Tools/Folder Options

Click on the "File Types" tab.
Step 4
Scroll down to JPG File. Click on the "Change" button.
Step 5
Select the Microsoft Raw Image Viewer line (or whatever software you choose to use. Then click on "OK".
Step 6
Now you can see that the default viewer for all jpg files is Microsoft Raw Image Viewer. Select other picture types including .bmp, .gif, .tif, etc and perform the same tasks. Click on "Close" when done.
