My step sister cant use her FaceBook account?

She signed in to add more friends to Astral Garden, then FaceBook asked for a security check. She gave them the number to a land phone in the states of a relative. She's a minor (17) and doesn't have to government-issued ID they want to upload. This smells fishy to me and I think she may have been hacked. Has anyone had this problem?
Yes, she has her passport. She's visiting us from the UK.

She may have been hacked. Report it to facebook and change her email and passwords and any security codes just to be safe.

i think her account has been hacked.Don't give them details about your id proof and all as Facebook doesn.t ask them all.Just go with new account in facebook

she probably just got caught using more than one account - that's a violation of facebook's terms of service - or lying about her name, or lying about her age... accounts are getting suspended left and right these days because of trolls and spammers

if she's 17, she can still get a government issued ID to prove who she is... even 14 year olds can get one
