This girl who i have never talked to due to my shyness is a freshman in College. I am still a junior in high School and I think about her alot. I feel like she was interested in me but i wouldn't know for sure since I never talked to her. I can only contact her through twitter. Im following her on twitter, she isnt following me so i cant send her a private message. Should I tweet to her regardless of Privacy? I feel like I might make it awkward for her to respond. What If I tweet asking for her to follow me so I can talk to her privately? Please help
