Why am I not recieving facebook login approval texts?

I have had them turned on for a while now and recieved them fine until last night. I'm not recieving any texts so now I can't log in on my phone. I went on fb from an approved device, turned it off, removed the number. And did it again. But still I haven't recieved my confirmation code to turn login approvals on?

You need to enter your mother's birth date for verification and then your dad's birth date for the final e-mail and it will send.
