I'm not getting anything I need done with Facebook as a distraction. I dont want to delete my facebook but Does Facebook have an option or something to not let you on for a certain amount of time? Is there anything I can do?

Well u see Alex, im a 20 yr old guy that also had a fb but then I thought.. Who the fuck gives a shit about all the bs that is posted every fkn second and who the fuck cares about what i post? You probably have like 8hundredish "friends" bitches that post tons of stupid ass shit guys thay show off their developing 4 pack and knowing what ppl did on their daily agenda CONSTANTLY.
