how do you get someone to stop seeing your facebook statuses?

well these people keep getting on my facebook and harrassing my mother about what i say and what she says when anything we say isnt their business.. its my brothers father and wife. they are trying to take my brother and mad that they are losing, so they try to dig dirt on us and they arent even on my friends and i have changed all my privacy settings so idk how they are still seeing our statuses.. how do i make it stop?????

it is impossible on facebook
it is possible only at messegers like yahoo msn etc

As social media site where in you are connected, as long as people are your friends, they will see all you status on Facebook because it will be shared to them. Your status will be displayed in your wall. The best thing to do is keep your family business just for the family, never share it to others especially in social media sites.

When you post a status, there's an image of a lock. Click on that before posting, click customize, then enter the person's name who you DON'T want to see your status.
