Canceling a sent friend request...will they know?
If you send someone a friend request on Facebook, but then cancel said request before they have a chance to see it, will that person ever know I sent them a friend request? Like, will there still be a notification alert or message or email, etc, left over, saying I sent them a request, even though I cancelled it?
I hope that made sense! And thanks in advance! Ads |

No they won't get notified, and if they asked you just tell them that you haven't get anything from them

if you canceled your request before that person got to see it, your friend will still get an notification, but the notification will open blank. Your friend will not know who sent the request.

They Will Not Get any Notifcations That you Canceled it The Only Way they would Know is If they Went to your Profile and Saw the Add as a Friend button appeared Again
