What does it mean when someone calls you rotten?

I hate trolls! They annoy me soooo bad! On EVERY website, they're there!
How much fun can you even HAVE as a troll? It's got to be stupid.
Sometimes I wonder what kind of sick people would even DARE trolling. It's stupid, and everyone's gonna hate you anyways.
They're totally un-original, all they do is post the same stupid answer to every question they see.
It's just EPIC FAIL.
I say all of us normal people take a stand against trolls, like Chrisopher Wilde, Clint C, and everyone else.
Most trolls aren't even popular. Why would they do it if they don't get their precious fame?
Trolling has GOT to be a waste of time. Trolls must have NO life, what with them being n the computer all the time.
Trolls are annoying, you've got to be insane to want to be annoying.
I say we give all give trolls thumbs down, but please don't give them attention. Don't give them the credit. Don't we all have worse things to worry about?
Anyways, tell those trolls to chill. We don't need them, they don't need us. I bet they're really guilty, too. They don't deserve anything!
Can't you just tell a troll when you see one? Their annoying, stupid messages. You've got to be STUPID not to see one.
I say we all go on strike! We need to destroy trolls. Don't give them any pleasure in annoying you, like I said.
But, then again, how would they know you're annoyed? They don't. So LET THEM think they have accomplished their stupid mission, don't tell them they've failed.

If you've spent any time in chat rooms, bulletin boards or posting on Usenet you may have already come across one of these troublesome creatures.

Often suffering from a mutant strain of compulsive posting disorder, a troll's basic mission in life is to mischievously manufacture inflammatory opinions in an attempt to stir up disharmony and discord.

But these are mere bagatelle compared to the Nasty Troll. Like an unruly two year old in a perpetual temper tantrum, these destructive keyboard bullies want to break everything and spoil everyone's fun.

A Nasty Troll has no redeeming features whatsoever and they'll employ every dirty-no-good trick in the book in their tedious quest to wreck an online community.

This usually includes hurling around oceans of gratuitous abuse and defamatory comments, all delivered via a range of anonymous identities - with a few forged ones thrown in for good measure.

Sharp eyed bulletin board editors can usually ban 'bad bwoy' trolls before they can cause too much trouble, but on unmoderated newsgroups the damage can be terminal, with some communities giving up in the face of relentless attacks.

But not all trolls are quite so evil. A sophisticated, well researched troll can breathe much needed life into slumbering bulletin boards, turning soporific posters into turbo-charged Ian Paisleys with just a few carefully chosen posts.

Although an audacious and cunning troll can sometimes earn the begrudging respect of its target audience, such levels of sophistication are rarer than a Swansea City goal, and for most people trolls are an irritation they could live without.

It could also mean stuck up jerk, or being bossy.
Sometimes even meaning stupid.

Tell them that it's none of their business anyway, and they are being unnecessarily rude.
