How do I turn off Facebook notifications on my blackberry bold 9900?

My bb keeps buzzing whenever something happens on facebook. How do I turn these notifications off? Just the Facebook/twitter etc ones

MULTIPLE SOLUTIONS:
1) Completely turn OFF ALL Facebook notifications:

Firstly, log in to your account on Facebook.com, and go into the notifications tab and here you can select what whether or not to receive notifications or you can select to just get them to your email and not your phone.

2) Phone Method:

1) Open the FB app
2) Hit the BB menu button
3) Select Options
4) Uncheck all the boxes
5) And hit the link for "Turn off all FB email notifications"

ASIDE:
If you don't want the buzzing sound:

1.On the Home screen, click the Sound and Alert Profiles icon.
Do one of the following:
2. To receive flashing LED alerts only, click Silent.
3. To receive vibrate alerts only, click Vibrate Only.
4. To turn off all alerts, including contact alerts, click All Alerts Off.

COMMON ISSUES:
1) BB still sends me notifications!!!
--Solution:
Open Facebook app
Go into Options
Clear Cache
Logout
Reboot the phone (battery pull or alt+left shift+del)

2) It's still doing iiiiiit!!!
--Solution
Uninstall the app from your phone.
1. Find the app you want to delete and highlight it.
2. Press the menu key
3. Choose delete
4. Reboot your BlackBerry when prompted


NOTE:
The BB Bold has have many issues with the FB app, so the only sure solution is to uninstall the app and go to your FB, uncheck any notification text, emails, etc to your phone number.
