I tryed looking it up, and it showed the picture of it but i couldnt read it because it was blurry

All those applications make you complete a survey to 'prove' your human... :\
What the surveys do is make an income for the application creator.

I'm pretty sure that its is just a blurred out picture of a random's wall, and the father actually DIDN'T say anything. But these things can be based on news, so search it up.
