Are you allowed to publish a photo on Facebook and proceed to make fun of the person?
A friend reported to me that someone had posted a picture of my brother (who is mentally ill) on Facebook, and proceeded to make fun of him as well as others making comments in the same fashion. I reported the photo to Facebook as "harassment of a friend," as well as sent a message to the user requesting that they please take the photo down, and consider how she would feel if someone were to do such a thing to her. She hasn't, and the photo is still available on Facebook. What recourse do I have in this matter?

You more reports the photo gets the more attention it will get from the "facebook police". Keep reporting it as abuse and have as many people that you can report it. If one person reports it, it doesn't get much attention. You need to have more than one report. If this is public reply with the link and I will report it too. I think this is horrible and girl that act like this make me sick!
