Happened to me when I went onto Twitter. I believe there is something wrong like a glitch, BUT Twitter just added a new version so alot of people are going on which causes over capacity to do something on twitter. However, the mobile version works great with NO capacity

The probable reasons may be:

- Twitter is overcapacity with respect to your local region
- Slow internet connection
- Big memory size of your image
- may be some thing wrong with you computer browser

Try

- Cleaning your browser cookies, internet caches
- Change browser or uninstall and reinstall it
- Check whether any other program is using your internet bandwidth

Good luck
