Should i be upset or offended about this?
Me and my roommate barely ever speak and when we do its when she texts meso yesterday she posts on Twitter that I was snoring and I do and that it was really loud and that I was talking in my sleep and she listened yet every time I see her she never speaks to me, impolite right? then just now she texts me because she wants to hang out but I'm leaving. I'm so confused and it's entirely too weird.

Just be amused -

you are what you are and who you are.

try hanging once or twice with her, she may have a hangup about asking due to rejection.
or you may find she is dull.

Just another reason to mhate on social media and the idiots that post not only their own life but everyone elses who they come in contact with for all the world to see, as if it possesses any real educational or entertainment value whatsoever.

Roomie is an idiot with no redeeming social graces. Can't justify getting either upset at or offended by an idiot. You just come across as being too sensitive. Text her back and ask if her twitter followers really find your snoring amusing. tell her you respect your privacy even if she doesn't and ypu refuse to be the major source of her followers' amusement.

How indecent ! Of course you should be upset, and anyone in your shoes would be. you should never stay with this kind of roommate any longer.
