twitter privacy options?

is there a way to make tweets private from select users? i blocked someone, but they can still see my tweets. i dont want to make my tweets private to everyone or have to have follow requests. just want to completely block one person.. what are my options?

To block a Twitter user:

1.Log in to your Twitter account
2.Go to the profile page of the person you wish to block.
3.Click the block link. This link is found in the Actions section in the right sidebar, and is also available in the drop-down Actions menu.
