Can myself, girlfriend, and girlfriend sister, post pictures of my son on facebook.?
My longtime girlfriend and her sister have pictures of my son on facebook and my sons mother (Custodial parent) wants them off. Since he is still my son and the pictures have both my son and either my girlfriend or her sister in it, does my sons mother have grounds here.
P.S. My sons mother also has pictures of her other kids on facebook as well so its kind of hypocrytical of her. Ads |

Anyone can post anything on facebook. The only way she would have grounds for action is if
1) the content of the picture is illegal, like child porn, or 2) the pictures violate copyright (this is only possible for celebrities and others whose pictures have commercial value) So the short answer is no. Ads |

Yawn and tell her you'll be happy to remove them when she cites a law which requires their removal. Put the ball in her court.
I am unaware of a Custodial Mommy Control Act which allows her to decree that others can't post pictures of her kid. |
