Put your self out there. Twitter, Facebook, Instagram. Tell all your friends and peers at school. Well it's summer so I guess you can call them. Or text. good luck.

You have to have a popular video, then when you do.. You can add annotations and write "SUBSCRIBE PLZ!" and if your a GIRL you will have a 4/5 chance of subscribers .. If your a GUY... 1/5 chance of subs.. ALSO agian.. if you a girl can put a hot video or a thumbnail and subscribe to other people and from there it would spread because of your thumbnail pic.

-make your videos GOOD!maybe funny/juicy/no annoying music in the backround of slid shows/sing/talk/make movies anything record yourself doing something cool like building something or beating a world record
-maybe make a logo easy to recognise
-say you will make another video soon so people will subscribe and know when its out

Spend time on your videos. Make sure they are awesome! Plan them out ahead of time, and always edit your videos to cut out any mistakes.
# Post new videos regularly.Try to make a new video every week or every couple weeks so that people will keep coming back to your channel.
# Be a friend. Try to make a friend on YouTube. Look for someone who's on your friend list & comment on their channel & say hi to them! Try to chat with them. They might subscribe.
# Tell all your friends and relatives about your YouTube channel. If one of your friends or relatives has a You Tube account, then make them subscribe to you!
# Watch, Comment, Rate. This is important. When you watch a video, make sure you rate it and leave a nice comment. Even if you don't like the video, don't leave a really mean comment that will bring the person down, write some constructive criticism. Something like; "That was good, except next time, you could maybe do ______"
# Advertise your channel! Put links to your videos on social networking sites such as Facebook or Twitter, or post a link in forums.

* Get Adense and Blogger. They advertise your channel on the URL you choose. And Blogger eveyone who see's your Blog, they can look at your videos if you choose to post them on there, which makes more subscribers.
* Watch a video related to your videos and say something like; "Funny video! It's kind of like my video "_____"
# Make more videos. Every week, try making more videos! People are willing to subscribe. Make stuff like Annoying Orange, where a new episode comes every week. Or try to make a video with a cliffhanger, and say that you won't make another video or reveal the thing until you get enough people to subscribe.
# Use a YouTube Promotion Service. There are several companies that will promote your channel or videos on dozens of websites, and guarantee results. While it can cost a pretty penny, it's a quick way to gain attention and popularity on your channel and videos.
# Make them funny to let more and more Youtubers subscribe! People love funny videos. If they can get a good laugh from your videos and they notice that you upload new videos regularly, you can be sure people will subscribe and even share your videos with their friends.
# Subscribe for subscribe. Go on to a random channel, subscribe. Comment on random person's channel, or send them messages (nice messages). Ask them to subscribe for subscribe (Subscribing someone then subscribing them back). This method can sometimes come off as obnoxious, so it's best to be avoided if you can. If they say no, don't waste your time (remember to unsubscribe them).

You just have to get you videos seen either through social media, online message boards or just plain telling people. Leaving messages on youtubers channels with positive comments while subscribing to them usually gets them to sub back. I know I usually do. (-: Basically, find different ways to tell people about you.

Unless you're spending money on advertising, which isn't a bad idea at all, you have to be patient. But if you have good videos, the more people know about you, the more that will watch.
