Why are my push notification on my new iPhone 4s not working?

I have everything set to 'on' but I can't set up Viber because the push notifications aren't working. I don't understand why this would happen. I haven't jail broken the phone. The first thing I did was download viber and now it's not working. I'm not get any notifications for Facebook either. It's my birthday today so it would make my day if someone could help me because I'm sick of reading threads and trying to contact Viber and Apple etc.

i say that you off your phone...... restart it and go to settings....... there maybe an option called reset my iphone... tap on day.....Happy B'day by the way bro......if not working, just take it to istore...... dey will charge you some bucks......over 10-15 dollars coz u tried to jailbreak........
