Why would a girl who stares at me almost everyday deny a facebook request?

We have talked a few times and been around each other for awhile, I catch her staring at me daily, but why would she not accept a facebook friend request?
BTW this is in high school.
She at first let it sit there for a LONG time and then rejected it.

Did she reject the fb friend request? Or did she just not accecpt it , she could be busy , if she just hasn't accecpted it

Sometimes the staring just happens, they dont mean to. Ha i know that happens to me a lot! I'm pretty sure i have plenty of guys who think i'm attracted to them or something because i always look at them but its not because of that.. i just see them everywhere and i look for one second without meaning to and they happen to look at the same time ha and if she does like you or something shes probably just nervous to accept you or something. i like this guy but i've denied his friend requests because i'm scared that he'll see the ugly pics i get tagged on or just something that i wont be able to delete before he sees ha

she probably doesnt know your name. ask her why she didnt accept the next time she sares at you

She most likely has a reason for it but hardly going to tell you what it is. Maybe she doesn't have a crush on you like you thought and some people only add their closest on FB to talk too, she might've thought you weren't close enough for that.
