Can you create a FB Group on your own ?
Before you create a facebook Group do you have to have many of your facebook friends who are willing to joind the group before you create it.? Are you allowed to start a group on your own then look for FB members to join your group ?

you can creat one even if u have no friends just make it ive made a couple myself
