Would it be creepy if I friended my crush's sister on Facebook?
My crush is shy (or has social anxiety) and he doesn't have a Facebook but his sister does. And this one girl who also has a crush on my crush is friends with her.

No I think it's okay. If you personally know her then I think you have the right to friend her. Just as long as your not constantly messaging her or posting on her wall. Even if you don't know her personally, if she has a bunch of mutual friends I think it should be okay.
