4 year old riding a quad without my permission?
I have custody of my 4 year old daughter but her father has visitation. I recently saw on his facebook a video he posted of her riding a small gas powered quad! He never mentioned to me that he was allowing her to ride this vehicle and I am very concerned about her safety? Legally, what can I do? Is it wrong for me to think that he should have discussed this with me first? Can I ask the courts to prevent him from allowing her to ride it? Pls help!

I think you new to get off his dick and let him parent he wouldn't put his own daughter in danger

If he is a good father, he won't hurt his daughter. And u two need to get along, both of u need to solve ur problems first because once she grows up a little more she wont be as happy as she can with two parents raising her.

its absolutely fine dear,,
are you just angry bcoz he did not talk to you about it?? think about it okay.... and if he could not be a good husband does not at all mean that he is a bad father.. i know he hopefully knows how to take care of her. quads arnt that dangerous if fathers are around. and he also loves her that is why tries to make fun activities for her so just chill out and relax.. get your anger out by laughing hahaha.. you will be fine dont worry... you go to court to stop him being funny with his daughter or dont let her play with him..finally when she grows up find out about it could have bad effects on both of yours relationship.. so i suggest its not a big thing so far dont do it.... |

Oh good grief. Do you ask him for permission when you do something with the child...? Sounds like a blast for her; you say nothing about improper supervision or other genuine safety worries, so, relax. Try to treat your ex as you would like him to treat you. The attitude you have now is not good for your child. |

I would flip men are stupid when it comes to kids and think nothing can happen until its to late go to court & tell them about it and u feel your daughter is unsafe with him
