Why is it bad to look at ex girlfriend facebook?

I know its a stupid question, and I know not too, but I would like to hear someones view on it.... Im still getting over my ex sociopath girlfriend, I have a big fear of her going back to her ex bf cause she cheated on me with him, but from what I remember he has a girlfriend, its her life yeah but its too soon... Im really trying to move on but its so hard.

I think it's bad to look at Facebook period. There's nothing there that one can do that is really interesting anyways. Just a bunch of people sitting behind their computers spacing out. And there's a lot of stuff on it that just makes me feel bad such as the situaiton you are talking about. I have developed a phobia of Facebook. I hope some of that phobia rubs off on you because it seems to be a good one. Yahoo Answers is far more engaging than Facebook.

dude, were on the exact same boat lol my ex broke up with me too jus a few days ago and now talkin to guys on fb (including her ex) i know cuz i been snoopin around her fb too but theres REALLY nothing you can do about it. shes single now and free to do watever she wants, you can keep tabs on her all you want but thats not gonna do you no good, infact its jus gonna make it worse and take longer time to get over her the more you force yourself into her life. jus move on too
