What can i do to stop receiving these annoying notifications?

What can i do to stop receiving these annoying notifications?
I keep getting notifications for a game i don't play anymore on facebook.

Just block it, when someone send you something it will go to you "Aplications requests" place, there you can erase one request for the game you wish to block, thus never recieve any notification from that game, and making older notifications obsolete.
