How do I hide notifications on facebook?
I am just curious. Say changed my facebook status or something. Can i make sure it doesn't appear on my friends home page? Is there a way to do that? I delete it of my own profile just in case that helps but i am unsure. So i don't want my status update to appear on friends home pages (i know it sounds weird but bear with me. its an interesting situation)

Yes, and you did it. The status won't show once it's been removed unless your friends loaded the page after you did and before you deleted.
