I have twitadder but no one even seems to follow me back and I have followed well over 2,000+ people so to me TwitAdder sucks.

these qualities must depict in your tweets if you want others to follow ...people will search for terms in twitter and this way read your tweets (if their search word is in you tweet of-course) , if your tweet is interesting to them they will hit follow button
