What do you do when you wish you had never been born?
I know my mother would have had a much better life if I had never been conceived. I'd commit suicide if I didn't think it would upset her, my sister, and my nephew. It's such a pain to have to keep being alive. I would give almost anything to be able to slit my wrists or overdose without up-heaving their lives. The only thing I can hope for now is a convenient accident. At least that way they wouldn't feel bad for as long.

whwnever i get that feeling i try to think about the reasons *I* want to live. not because ppl would miss me, or that my friends would spam my facebook wall saying RIP or whatever.
instead i think, even if everyone isn't super thrilled with me, i still believe, and i still can become a good person and have a good live, meet a nice guy (girl for you!), and maybe one day someone will like me, and what i've done with myself.
do you see what i'm getting at? sometimes it's not all about who will miss you.

"I know my mother would have had a much better life if I had never been conceived" - is a cognitive distortion called "fortune telling". See http://your-mental-health.8m.com/contact.html about them. Such thinking is often indicative of depression, so I suggest that you view pages 3, & B about it, and take the quiz. Extensive teen resources are shown on page 2.

If using a RECOMMENDED* brand of St. John's Wort, take with meals to avoid possible stomach upsets; check out the websites on St. John's Wort via page B, and if using UP TO 50mg of 5-htp daily in addition (or UP TO 200mg of 5-htp if NOT using the wort) take with a very low protein meal, to maximise the amount crossing the blood/brain barrier, with no, or extremely little protein 2 hrs before, to 2 hrs afterwards.

Alternatively, take SAMe with the core treatments, but don't use anything else. View http://curetogether.com/depression/ig/tr...popularity
