How do I remove a picture on Facebook when the delete option doesn't even appear?

Well I've tried to find the delete button which was suppose to be at the bottom right side but it seems like it's gone, I know my brother has something to do with this LOL, he's responsible for hacking my FB!!!

To remove a photo that you already posted, go to the photo and click Delete This Photo at the bottom right of the page.

You can also remove multiple photos in an album at once:

1. Go to your album and click Edit Album at the top
2. Click Edit Photos
3. Select the checkbox for the photos you want to delete and click Save Changes at the bottom of the page

Note: You won't be able to delete a photo if you didn't upload it. To prevent a photo from appearing on your profile (timeline), click Remove next to On your profile (timeline) under the photo.
