how can I trace a relative that I haven't seen for many years they live in france?

I found a cousin I havent seen since I was 3, on Facebook.

Once you've signed up, you can access the search engine.
Type in his name and country of residence in the correct search fields and hopefully he'll be there. If not, try friends/family reunited.

theres also the Myspace social network. Works the same as Facebook. Register, then Search.
