How can i talk to my half sister?

I met my half sister about a year and a half ago i'm 16 and shes 26. We talked then but ever since then i only talked to her on facebook once and on the phone once. I'm nervous to talk to her for some reason. She has a better life than me and i feel like i'm not good enough to be her brother. its weird. i don't know how to talk to her. What should i do?

Just tell her you want to strike up a regular brotherly relationship with her, nothing special, just to keep in touch and be friendly towards each other. Never bring up the subject of the differences in life style between you, just be glad for her she's doing so well. You can just be as casual or as close otherwise at it goes.
