There could be all sorts of reasons, good or bad, why you didn't receive an answer. You have to ask her directly, so call her up - or else wait until she comes back. If you wonder too much, you'll drive yourself nuts.

Ummm.. no, she was probably busy or left her Facebook open on her computer or something. I think you are over thinking things with her. If she's a bad girlfriend you would know it.
