Non relative putting photos of son on facebook?

A friends ex partners new girlfriend has put up photos of my frineds son, and wont take them down when asked by the mother (my friend) Can she take legal action? The son is oly 20 months old ..

Unless the photos are of a damaging nature or are violating any laws I don't think there is much that can be done.

A lawsuit costs a lot of money and she would probably lose. I think your friend should instead use the money she would spend on a lawyer for a psychiatrist to determine the real reason she is upset by this trivial matter.
