In Texas can you sue someone for putting a fake profile of you without your consent?
Is it possible to sue an individual in Texas for putting a fake profile on Myspace , Facebook,Twitter,or using your image on Youtube without your consent

I'm not sure if the individual can get sued, maybe, but I know the site can. People tend to sue whoever has alot of money now our days.
