ok, o we are in a relationship, and she shows love, and she said that she had to tell her dad first, i believe her father knows already, but still hasnt accepted it. is this bad or just dont worry about it?

Depends on how old she is, (as to why she had to tell her father first) and how long have you been together so far?
If you have been together for a couple of weeks, and her father knows (also, what's the prob with changing relationship status if her father doesn't go on facebook much?), then yes she should change it.
However if it's a case that she's wanting to take things slow, then just give her time.
