He is 15 and i am 32, I treat him like a little brother but his attitutde is too annoying.

Its completely okay. In fact, if you want to do it where he doesn't know, don't unfriend him. Simple click on the upper right side corner of one of his posts on your newsfeed, and select hide all by (his name)

If you are offended by it, yes. Maybe talk to his parents(your sister or brother)? All family blood put to the side, if you're uncomfortable with his language you have all the right in the world to block him from his bad behavior!
